Our Team
John Griffith, Founder
As his varied background profoundly impacts his work, the following is a window into the influences on his perspective and approach. Born and raised in a small town, he had the opportunity to participate in every aspect of his family’s business, the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Newnan, Georgia. His college education, deep in the humanities, emphasized holistic thinking. Subsequent informal education included intensive acting and voice training while he pursued his acting and singing career in New York City. Developing IT skills on the side, he created specialized databases, built a couple of computer networks, and trained his customers on the software he had customized for them. He also gained valuable experience in healthcare marketing, media marketing, and as a motivational speaker.
When he transitioned to corporate training in 1999 as the founder of Griffith Training Consultants, he came to that world primed with a range of skills and insights that helped him relate strongly to a wide variety of clients.
Whether you are a team, a large organization, or an individual coaching client, his deep desire is to help you fulfill more of what you are capable of for your growth, in service of your colleagues, and to the benefit of the organizations that depend on you.
